You must be at least 18 years old to rate puzzles on puzzles.surf. By rating puzzles, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
puzzles.surf provides chess puzzles for entertainment and practice. You may use the site without an account. Optionally, you may log in via a third-party provider (Google or SimpleLogin) to save puzzle ratings.
If you log in and rate a puzzle, your account is created automatically using information from your OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to log in. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your login provider account.

Your puzzle ratings and account information are governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting feedback@puzzles.surf.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, puzzles.surf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
